    Training Objectives

    Day 1 : Build a foundation with basic concepts of EEG, understanding EEG and artifacts, HRV concepts and measurement exercises, and be able to measure EEG with the iSync helmet.

    Day 2 : Gain an in-depth understanding of quantitative EEG through the principles of alpha wave generation, EEG phenotypes, QEEG theory, and analysis of different cases.

    Day 3 : Understand PBM effects through PBM mechanisms and cases, understand the design principles of QEEG-based PBM protocols, and practice neurofeedback.
